Fresh Flower Bouquets

Available Spring 2027

Flowers are one of the things we’re most excited to grow at Wish You Were Here Farm. We’ll be planting a wide variety of premium cut flowers, harvesting them at their peak and creating fresh bouquets throughout the growing season. What’s available will change naturally with the fields — from spring blooms through summer annuals and into dahlias, sunflowers and other late-season favourites.

What We’ll be Growing

Here’s what we expect to have in season across the year. Availability changes with weather and timing, but the goal is a steady flow of beautiful blooms from spring through fall.

Coming in Future Seasons

Some flowers take time to establish, but as the farm matures you’ll also be able to pick from longer-term favorites like peonies, lilacs and black-eyed susans.
